To the contrary of popular belief amongst those who know me just a little bit... I do not live in the past. I am simply touched by it!

I am trying to be mindful of what has happened in my life because my past holds the key to the future...My past is a reflection, a reason for how I have acted towards myself, the world, and others, and this I cannot ignore!
